Warm greetings from the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE) at The University of Hong Kong!

We are delighted to invite you to the 50th anniversary Gala Dinner, which will take place on March 22, 2024 (Friday) from 6:00pm to 10:30pm (tentative) at Loke Yew Hall, The University of Hong Kong. This esteemed event provides a unique opportunity for everyone to celebrate our milestone while enjoying a delightful dinner in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

The Gala Dinner will be served in a High Table Dinner setting with rectangular dining tables (each seating 8 people). To reserve a table for the Gala Dinner, please refer to the attached flyer for the available table options and their corresponding price. We kindly request the contact person of your group to complete the reservation form by November 30, 2023, which can be accessed through this link: https://forms.gle/zDaDenesfi2yp2Mo9.

To confirm your reservation, please send your sponsorship payment by delivering a crossed cheque payable to “The University of Hong Kong”. Please send your letter of payment to the IMSE Office with the cheque by November 30, 2023. You may find the address of the IMSE Office below:
