Professor G.Q. Huang’s research paper in collaborate with Dr. Ray Y. Zhong, Prof. Chen Xu and Dr. Chao Chen, received the International Journal of Production Research Best Paper Award for the paper “ Big Data Analytics for Physical Internet-based intelligent manufacturing shop floors” published in the IJPR Volume 55 Issue 9 (2017).

International Journal of Production Research (IJPR) was founded in 1961 and is one of the oldest journals publishing research in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations research and management science. The Journal was the first European-based journal in the domain, and is one of most recognized journals presenting high-quality international research on production systems and logistics.
