ABSTRCT:

As the Chinese economy moves towards a more professional and efficient direction, upgrading its supply chain has become an increasingly hot topic. In addition, with the upgrading of technology, the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, AI, and Big data makes idea of optimization possible. At the same time, it is also an interesting phenomenon in China nowadays that more and more cities or villages have become clusters specific industries.more and more cities or villages have become clusters of specific industries. Such as Shaoxing printing and dyeing industry, Foshan auto industry, Yiwu small commodities industry, Haining fur and costume industry.

As we all know, Logistic cost per unit GDP is very high in ChinaAs we all know, Logistic cost per unit GDP is very high in ChinaAs we all know, Logistic cost per unit GDP is very high in ChinaAs we all know, Logistic cost per unit GDP is very high in China Is it possible to integrate the similar needs of different firms in a certain region by means of scale/standardization technology for a significant improvement of overall supply chain?

Under this hypothesis, the concept of cell manufacture was proposed. It was derived from lean manufacturing with group technology thinking. Inspired by cellular manufacturing, a flexible and reconfigurable warehousing system called cellular warehousing is put forward. Although some articles have talked about this idea in specific scenario like ecommerce logistics or fashion accouterments, it is still meaningful if researchers can focus on a wider range between government and enterprises.

Prospective results will be found in two aspects. Academic aspect is try to strengthen cell warehousing as a theoretical basis and attract more researchers to focus on the field. Economic aspect is provide government / industry (logistics)park operators a new organization solution to enhance industry chain efficiency and reduce social logistics costs.
