Research on credibility of soft information on the p2p platform

Abstract
P2p lending has been constantly developing, and an important factor restricting the development of p2p is information asymmetry, especially soft information in p2p. Soft information has two functions. The first is to compensate for the difference between the hard information and the real situation. On the other hand, it is more conducive to building trust between lenders and borrowers. Borrowers know their true situation, but out of interest considerations, they will exaggerate their descriptions in soft information, thereby misleading lenders to decide to lend money to themselves. This situation will put lenders at a certain disadvantage. How to solve the information asymmetry in soft information is a subject worth studying. Many scholars have used mathematical models to analyze the information asymmetry in text communication in different environments, but few can fit the actual situation of p2p. In this subject, I plan to use experiments or game theory to conduct relevant research, and then use the research results to formulate specific measures to reduce information asymmetry and verify whether these measures can be implemented and effective.
