[Message for UG students: Get a Coffee Shop Gift Certificate] Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning (SFTL), Semester 2 of 2022-23

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of our undergraduate programmes and students' learning experiences, we are inviting you to share your thoughts on your courses through HKU’s Student Feedback on Teaching and Learning (SFTL) questionnaires. Your feedback is important to help us identify and evaluate the strengths and the areas for improvement in our educational provisions for upholding our standards of academic excellence. We value your opinion and thank you for your time.

Survey Period of SFTL

The online SFTL survey for this semester will run from April 7, 2023 to May 5, 2023. Please participate and let us know what you think. You will receive an email from the University for the SFTL arrangements in due course.

Gift

As a token of appreciation, you can get a coffee shop gift certificate from our Department Office if you opt for joining the gift exercise and complete 75% or above of your total STFL forms via the online survey platform.

Example:

If a student who is taking 5 courses in this semester has opted for joining the gift exercise and completed the online SFTL questionnaires for 4 enrolled courses (i.e. completion progress of 80%), he/she may then obtain a coffee shop gift certificate from his/her home department within the specified period.

Collection of Gift

  • Date: April 17, 2023 to May 12, 2023
  • Venue: General Office, Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (8/F, Haking Wong Building, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong)
  • Office Hours: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30

Remarks: Please present your student card and the image of the completion progress bar of the SFTL landing page in your electronic device for gift collection.
