The HKIE Technical Seminar, organized by HKIE MI Division and joint organized by IEPGA and IEA, was successfully held in 23th Jan 2015 in 202 K.K. Leung Building, HKU. Around 80 participants attended this event. Ir S.C. HO, Chairman of HKIE, Manufactory and industrial division, organizor of this Technical Seminar, delivered exciting welcome speech. Dr. YC CHAU, vice president of the TDK China Operation Support and Dr. KF KWONG from the City University of Hong Kong delivered the great speeches about the theme of this seminar, "Linking between individual and organizational learning (OL)"

The seminar was started with an introductino speech by the Ir S.C. HO. In the main part, Dr. YC CHAU and Dr. KF KWONG firstly made an introduction of Learning Organization and Organizational Learning and analyzed that through real case. The Project Action Learning (PAL) was illustrated and the real case in SAE/TDK further highlighted the importance of the OL to the company.

This seminar gave all the participants an comprehensive introduction and analysis to the OL and provided an platform for students in HKU and members of HKIE to communicate and discuss the essence of the OL and how it can be put into practice in real world.
