Career Talk 2015, organized by HKU IEPGA, was successfully held in 21st, March, 2015 in MB 121, HKU. Around 100 participants attended this event. Five sepcial guests were invited from different career field and from Mainland China and Hong Kong delivered great speeches about how to finding a job and how to make preparation and related interesting topics. Two renowned group, Nestle HK ltd. and Crystal ltd. were also invited to make promotion. All the participants had a meaningful afternoon.

Career Talk 2015 was started with an introduction speech by Dr. L.K. CHU, director of the Msc(Eng) Programme in IELM, IMSE Department, and Mr. Victor Tee. Four guests, Bonnie CHEN, Shireley XUE, Sophie WU and Ming ZHOU, who are from different career fields including finance, logistics, IT, made speeches in their corresponding job contents firstly. And they discussed about the job requirements for different fields, which were very important for the IELM students to make preparation for finding their own job after graudate. They also introduced their career path at the end of first part. A tea break was subsequently provided and all the students enjoyed their communication with guests. In the second part, Ming ZHOU firstly delivered a speech about how to prepare the interviewing, which is the most significant part in job hunting. Nestle HK Ltd. and Crystal Group, subsequently, made interesting promotion correspondingly and gave chance for attended students to submit their resumes. Finally, a closing remark was delivered by Mr. Victor Tee.

This activitiy endowed all participants an comprehensive introduction in how to make preparation for a job and the job contents in different fields. Meanwhile, two renowned group from HK also gave great chances for all participants. This activity is a bridge providing currents students a way to better arrive their dreamed islands of job.
