On the afternoon of 12th Oct 2016, IEPGA cooperated with Kuang-Chi to hold an on-campus job fair. The job fair started at 14:30 pm with a warmly welcome speech brought by Ms. Guan Ping from Kuang-Chi. Then she gave a vivid speech on the introduction of the projects that their company had made, the corporate culture and some job positions that they offered this year. After one-hour speech, there came the Q/&A part and lots of students eagerly asked questions about their company and the positions that they were interested in.

There are about 100 students attend the job fair, and the atmosphere was pretty active and harmonious. In the last part of the job fair, Kuang-chi started their interview with over 40 candidates present. After the job fair, over 30 students passed the interview successfully and received the offer from Kuang-Chi. After communication with the students who presented in the Kuang-Chi job fair we found that more than most of them are satisfied with it.

The 2016 Kuang-Chi on-campus job fair not only helped HKU students to learn about the Kuang-Chi corporate culture and attain some employeement opportunities,but also helped Kuang-Chi establish a good corporate image and expand the social impact of enterprises. After communication with the students who presented in the Kuang-Chi job fair we learned that all of them had deep impression on the speech from the future technology director in Kuang-Chi and around 90% of them are satisfied with it.
