The 7th Forum for Council of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management Department Heads (CIEDH2016) and the 5th Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Asian Conference (IISEAsia2016) will be held at the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, The University of Hong Kong (HKU), July 21-22, 2016.

  • The 7th Forum for Council of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management Department Heads (CIEDH2016) will be held at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), July 21, 2016. This forum is organized by HKU and sponsored by Chinese Industrial Engineering Institute of CMES, Taiwan Institute of Industrial Engineering, and Chinese Industrial Engineering Department Heads. The theme of this forum, an international platform, is “The Opportunities and Challenges of Industrial Engineer Training in the New Era”. The forum aims to invite experts to carry out in-depth analysis and discussion upon the necessity and features of industrial engineer training, as well as theoretical and practical issues related to the new opportunities and challenges. The forum contributes to reformation and innovation of industrial engineer training, and sustainable development of industrial engineering.

    第七屆全球華人工業工程與物流管理院系主任聯席會(CIEDH2016)將於2016年7月21日在香港大學召開。本聯席會由中國機械工程學會工業工程分會,臺灣工業工程學會及大中華區工業工程系所主管聯合會主辦,並由香港大學承辦。以此次國際研討會為平臺,緊密圍繞主題“新形勢下工業工程人才培養的機遇與挑戰”,大會旨在邀請相關專家就新形勢下工業工程人才的新需求、人才培養的新特徵,以及面臨的新機遇與新挑戰等相關理論與實踐問題進行深入的研究和探討,為工業工程的可持續發展、人才培養的改革與創新貢獻力量。

  • The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Asian Conference (IISEAsia2016) is the 5th in the series of conferences under the same name. The series aim to share and disseminate, to all branches of industries, information on the most recent and relevant research, theories and practices in industrial and systems engineering. IISEAsia2016 incorporates the 7th International Asian Conference on Industrial Engineering and Management Innovation (IEMI2016). IISEAsia2016 is paritially supported by ANIE.
